A Long Update

I don't know when I am going to get used to how fast my days go. I feel like we were just at the end of summer and now it is almost Thanksgiving, and then the day after that is Christmas. I really feel that things are going by at a blur.

Halloween was great! We went to my parent's to go trick or treating, something about Ogden just doesn't appeal to me at night. She loved it and wanted to go forever. I was retarded and forgot to take pictures of them. I was driving all over too, so I will get copies of them from my in-laws and parents and post them later. I really don't know where my brain was.

Olivia is almost 6 months. I can't believe she is that old. I feel that I need to push a pause button and take things slow. She is rolling everywhere, I am not kidding. I will leave the room to grab something and she is facing the other way and across the room in less than a minute. She laughs all the time, I love it when she laughs. She tends to laugh at almost everything Maddie does, she loves to watch Maddie and she wants everything that Maddie has (figures!). She is a very happy baby!

Maddie is a typical kid. She would rather play than clean. She doesn't think eating is important. And candy is a food group. And constant energy high! She wears me out just watching her. She is a great help though. She likes to make Olivia laugh!

I laugh now, but I almost killed Maddie 2 weeks ago. She thought she would help me out with stenciling polka dots on her new bookcase and painted bright green all over the bookcase and all over the carpet. It took me all day to get the paint out of the carpet. I was so mad I just wiped all the paint off the bookcase and the dots that I already did and just put the books in the bookcase (I can't finish it!). BUt she survived the day without a scratch.

So Olivia learned to say MaMa. I know she doesn't know what it means. When Maddie was a baby she learned DaDa before MaMa. And I would always tell David that she means that she wants her dad. Now it has backfired on me, now I get the, "she wants you, not me." That is my luck!

I hope it snows soon! I really would like snow to accompany this cold weather. My philosophy is "If it is cold then it should be snowing." Plus I love snow, so it always is good to have snow.

David is just doing the school and work thing like usual. And he also goes to the Utah football games. He went to one last night with a friend and he came back with a deep raspy voice, which is normal. And he gives me a play by play of the game. Which is a good thing, because he gets so excited while he tells me what happens. I laugh at him!

OH no she painted everything?!!! I can't believe how fast time is flying either. Then you have those "painting" type days that feel like they never end :) I promise I'll write you back soon! My minds been lost for awhile. Since we decided to move to Logan, I've don't nothing but stress about finding a place to live, job, etc... Anyway, take care, you're girls are so adorable!
